    Hi! I'm Pam. Experienced Yoga Teacher, Healthy Aging Innovator, MS Candidate Gerontology, Management of Aging Services Umass Boston.  I came to yoga in my early 40's, and my doctor was right I really needed to practice yoga! But where to start, and how?

    There are ways for YOU to practice to help balance, strength, and relieve a lot of tension and stress. I'm always working to support dignity,, health and wellbeing in aging to enable a long health span throughout the lifespan. I'll do my best to lay out options.
